As used in this User Agreement, the term "RGCD" or " Raleigh Gold Coin Dealers" or "we" or "us" shall mean Raleigh Gold Coin Dealers, LLC. Furthermore the term “you” or “user” or “customer” shall mean any customer who places a buy order from us and any user of our website see here.
BY USING THIS WEBSITE AND OTHER SERVICES PROVIDED BY US, INCLUDING MAKING PURCHASES FROM US, SETTING UP ONLINE APPOINTMENTS WITH RGCD,SELLING ANY ITEM TO US, AND PLACING ONLINE OR IN STORE ORDERS WITH US, YOU DO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS SET FORTH, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE TERMS AVAILABLE BY HYPERLINK AND THE TERMS SET FORTH IN THE PRIVACY POLICY SECTION HEREIN, ALL AS AMENDED AND IN EFFECT AT THE TIME (THIS “USER AGREEMENT”). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS USER AGREEMENT, YOU ARE ADVISED NOT TO USE ANY OF OUR SERVICES. THIS USER AGREEMENT APPLIES TO ALL ORDERS, ALL PURCHASES AND ALL SALES, WHETHER MADE THROUGH THE WEBSITE, BY TELEPHONE OR IN OUR RALEIGH COIN SHOP.
Before you may place ANY order to purchase and/or to sell ITEMS with us, you must read and accept all of the terms in this User Agreement.
We reserve the right to change this User Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on this website and, except when otherwise noted, all changes will take effect immediately upon their posting again on this website. Please note all our product photos on this website are from items we had or have currently in stock. The actual item you will receive may differ slightly especially if it is a common item.
Checks/Money Orders/Cashiers Checks
Raleigh Gold Coin Dealers accepts cash, personal checks, business checks, cashiers checks and money orders . Please make sure to include your order number in the memo section of your check or money order. All of these payment types with the exception of CASH will require a 10 business day hold from date of that deposit for your funds to clear our bank. Once this hold period has ended, and your full payment has been banked your order will be processed and shipped. All checks must be mailed within 72 hours of your confirmed order and must be received by RGCD within 7 days from date of your order. If we do not receive your check within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel your order. In the event of a bounced or returned check, a $45 fee will be assessed to the customer.
HIGHER THAN AVERAGE RISK:
Sometimes customers order fall into a category called ( High Risk ). This means your order was considered a higher than average risk of payment charge backs. This doesn't mean you have committed fraud just that the credit card processing protection team noted the transaction as a possible charge back. If this occurs we will refund your money back to the same credit card and ask you to pay by check. Also PayPal has a better team of risk prevention so, it is even better to use PayPal, that alone will lead to fewer high risk orders. We very sorry that we can't accept your order as paid and look forward to your check or PayPal payment. RGCD has this policy to protect all of our customers. Thanks for your understanding.
FRAUD:
We of course reserve the right to report suspected fraud to the law enforcement agencies, credit card issuers and or banks involved for proper fraud investigations. We of course reserve the right to cancel any and all transactions, either from items you have bought or items that you have sold to RGCD. We may hand over all information we have on the transaction to help law enforcement locate and help ID individuals committing fraud. We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement officers to prosecute fraud offenders to the fullest extend of the law. RGCD reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason.
Hold Items For Pickup
For local Raleigh, North Carolina online bullion orders that you select for us to hold for pickup. PLEASE NOTE: When your order is ready for pickup, you will be contacted by our accounting department that your order is ready for pickup. Our main showroom is located in the Thayer Building 4801 Hargrove Rd. Suite 13 in Raleigh, NC 27616.
PLEASE NOTE: When a pickup customer comes into the main coin/bullion showroom to pick up an order he/she must have a valid drivers license and the order #. The name and address on the drivers license must match the name and address on the order being picked up from our coin shop. Please show your ID to the manager on duty.
Selling to RGCD
You may sell your gold or silver coins to us by contacting our trading department at (919) 740-4822. All your items must be sent to us via U.S. registered mail, insured and must include a list or packing slip, which can be downloaded on the Coin Buying Price List page of our website. We will not be responsible for items in shipment to us. The insured shipping agent will be. Ex : USPS/UPS/FedEx. We cannot lock in your final prices or make payment to you until we receive your items. Once your items have been received and checked in by us, we will send you a notice by email of the final buying price we will pay you, then you must respond to confirm that order. We will not send payment until we receive your items and you respond with a YES to confirm the final payment price. Once you agree on the final buying price from RGCD payment will be sent.
Online Pricing:
While we do our best to keep our prices and inventory current, variances may occur due to changing market conditions, constant buying & selling, coin availability, and/or typographical errors. All orders must be confirmed prior to finalizing the sale.
Please Note: All items are subject to market fluctuation prior to sale. We are not responsible for typographical errors and reserve the right to refuse, cancel a sale at our discretion, including if an item is listed at an incorrect buying or selling price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or missing or wrong product information. If an item is incorrectly priced, we will contact you about your canceled order and notify you of such cancellation. We will give you a full refund right away. Our buying prices as well as our Selling Prices on all items are subject to change without notice.
Market volatility or problems updating this website may result in inaccurate pricing or wrongful amount of that item in stock. This will result in a canceled transaction and a full refund. By using our services, you acknowledge that certain market conditions or other disruptions, such as technological difficulties, may result in you being unable to buy or sell products on a timetable or at a price that is acceptable to you. You agree not to hold Raleigh Gold Coin Dealers, LLC liable or responsible for any orders placed either from our online order system, website, disruptions, or termination of that system, or for any losses, or damages you may incur as a result of using Raleigh Gold Coin Dealers website ordering system. Payments made in our Raleigh, NC showroom can be made in cash if paid in full at the time of purchase. We have no layaway program at this time.
